Google’s Hispanic Student Leadership Summit (HSLS) – Applications Now Open!

On Friday, April 17th and Saturday April 18th, Google will gather 50 engineering and computer science students from across the US and Puerto Rico for our fourth annual Hispanic Student Leadership Summit (HSLS) in partnership with the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) and Computing Alliance of Hispanic Serving Institutions (CAHSI). Google’s HSLS was created as an effort to bring Latinx leaders together to share innovative and creative best practices with one another, as well as collaborate with Google’s Latinx leadership to benefit your university, organization, and community. We would love to see some of the student leaders from your organization represented!

Who: Undergraduate student leaders with a passion for tech and an interest in growing their leadership

When: Friday, April 17th – Saturday, April  18th

  • Travel days: Thursday, April 16th and Sunday, April 19th

Where: Google Office in Austin, Texas

What: The agenda includes breakout discussions, networking with the Hispanic Google Network, student group presentations, and a unique celebration for Summit attendees!

How to Apply:

Submit a completed application form no later than Sunday, March  1st. We will confirm selections by March 9th. HERE IS THE LINK TO THE HSLS 2020 APPLICATION.

Acceptance to the 2020 Hispanic Student Leadership summit includes financial sponsorship for travel and accommodations. Sponsorship includes a round-trip flight to Austin, Texas (from within the US and Puerto Rico), Lyft credits for ground transportation to and from the airport and the hotel, arranged hotel accommodations from April 16th – 19th (3 nights), and all meals.
