Our focus is on ground participation in Boston. A limited number of speakers will be allowed to present and participate via Zoom.
How do I earn PDUs?
Earning PDUs requires you to be active participants and contribute to the learning taking place. You will get a letter at the end of the event with details.
What is the Cost?
As a nonprofit event, all speakers participate on a voluntary basis and are not compensated. Registration fees are set to cover essential event expenses, including venue costs, technology support, refreshments, and meals for in-person attendees.
Registration Prices are:
- In-person attendance: $125 (plus applicable fees)
- Virtual attendance: $70
- BU students, faculty, and staff: Free
- Presenters and vendors: Free
Proceedings and Videos
Research papers will be published in proceedings.
Slides will be available for all sessions as PDFs.
Video Recording (Zoom) will be available after the event.
