Weicong Ding wins best paper award

Prof. Ishwar’s PhD student Weicong Ding won the best student paper award (sponsored by Google) in the 13 December 2014 NIPS Workshop on Analysis of Rank Data: Confluence of Social Choice, Operations Research, and Machine Learning, held in Montreal, Canada, for paper titled A Topic Modeling Approach to Rank Aggregation.
