I am a Lecturer in French and the inaugural Director of Global House, the BU living-learning community focused on world languages and intercultural exchange. I am a bisexual woman and first-generation college graduate from a working-class family. All of these identities inform my relationships with colleagues and students, as well as the curriculum I teach. They also inspire me to continuously seek out new perspectives and reframe my assumptions. I would like to support others in their journey and to continue to learn from members of this community.
I live in Malden with my husband and our very affectionate cat. I enjoy baking, yoga, and chocolate.
