I have been working in IT for forty years and have been with BU more than 10 years. I am a process engineer and expert on large data driven configurable vendor systems. I have worked in many different roles including project management, business analysis, development, quality assurance, program management, architecture and team management. I have a Business Degree and bring that point of view to designing solutions and building applications to meet client business needs.

I am currently a Service Owner for two services at BU (OnBase & ServiceNow) and manage the two teams which support those application. I am also the Practice Owner for the System Development Life Cycle for IS&T. Over time I have worked in private industry including with Dell Computers and Exxon, and in government for both the Superior Court of Arizona and State of Massachusetts Professional Licensure Division. Working at BU and in Higher Ed has been my favorite job of all time.

I select and enjoy consuming intelligent media including television and movies and am a Star Trek nerd. I spend a lot of my free time playing and sometimes writing games, mostly theater / parlor style LARP. I raised two children one of whom graduated from BU and currently have two feline companions. I enjoy jigsaw puzzles (so do my cats) and have a newly acquired interest in non-twitch video games; currently obsessed with Baldur’s gate. I am polyamorous and live happily with my beloved nesting partner. I have in the past written some fiction and I read mostly sci-fi & historical fiction and some epic fantasy. Las Vegas is my second home with many friends there. I love to travel internationally and take vacations to play LARPs and tourist in Europe.
