Throughout my career trajectory, I have experience leading and fostering diverse and inclusive environments in academic settings, from creating a group for LGBTQ+ engineering students at the University of California, Berkeley promoting their belonging on campus, to creating faculty training/workshops to minimize the impact of unconscious bias in faculty searches.
I am honored to lead Sargent College where its students, staff, and faculty are devoted to improving the quality of life of all members of our communities.
