I am an IT Project Manager with experience in Financial, Healthcare and Higher Education organizations. Working in a predominately male environment early in my career was at times difficult, especially given my sexuality. Back then it wasn’t safe to be “out and proud”, although we always seemed to find ways to connect as a community.
