Hi! I’m Allie. I was born and raised in Atlanta but have lived all over the southeast (SC, FL, TN). And now Boston! I’ve been here for almost two years working in Undergraduate Admissions. My favorite aspect of the job, hands down, is interacting with BU’s amazing faculty, staff, and students. The people on this campus have taught me so much, not only about their own niche interests but about myself as well. I hope to be as generous with my time and energy as the people here, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community, who have given me the support and space to continue growing (special s/o to Anne Heaney who took my picture for this profile)!

In terms of my life outside of work, to keep it short and sweet, I love stories and storytelling. Film, tv, theater, books, writing (screenwriting in particular)! If you have any story recs or just want to chat, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
