12/2018 – Dr. Steve Wolf gave a stimulating lecture at Harvard University on movement retraining in patients poststroke. Our lab was excited to host his visit to Sargent College, the Wyss Institute, and Spaulding Rehabilitation Network! 11/2018 – Our lab director, Lou Awad, PT, DPT, PhD, gave a pre-conference workshop at the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine annual conference on Rhythm and the Motor System: New Opportunities for Gait Training.
09/2018 – Recently, our lab’s director, Lou Awad, PT, DPT, PhD, presented to representatives of the Italian Wounded Warrior Project visiting Spaulding Rehabilitation Network. It was an honor to share how our work developing and testing next generation rehabilitation technologies could help restore the mobility of our veterans.

06/2018 – We were very pleased to welcome Brian Harris, CEO of MedRhythms, to present on technological innovations in the field of neurologic music therapy.
05/2018 – Last week, our lab’s director, Lou Awad, PT, DPT, PhD, spoke at the UCSF Orthotic and Prosthetic Innovative Technologies Conference about soft robotic exosuits that enable more normal walking behavior in persons with weakness on just one side of the body.
