Building Management Training? Feel free to use our curriculum!

For more than a decade, NEPHTC and LPHI ran a 16 part management series entitled “Managing Effectively in Today’s Public Health Environment.” The program was designed to build competencies for current and future managers, preparing them for their day-to-day tasks and for the kinds of adaptation suggested by Public Health 3.0 advocates. In 2017, NEPTHC put this training series curricula online for other public trainers to use.  Each module includes an an Instructor Guide with an overview of the topic’s contents. This is an easy way for trainers to choose the topics they may need to build their own management series.

Evaluation results and description of different uses in different were published in the JPHMP together.
