In this project, Ivy’ aimed to implement a systematic approach to examining the necessary skills and knowledge Maine health professionals need in order to work collaboratively across sectors to address health disparities, advance health equity and improve health outcomes and quality of life for their patient populations, health care systems and communities.  Information gained through this assessment will help gain further clarification & understanding of gaps in knowledge, skills, confidence, and practice that will guide curriculum planning & delivery.
