The goal of this internship was to support the Provincetown Health Department in their work to respond to the COVID-19 crisis, and specifically to respond to the needs of vulnerable members of the population. I sought to support their efforts to make the Provincetown food distribution and production system more sustainable and self-sufficient, so that it can continue to meet the needs of low-income and food insecure residents.
