Fiona McEnany designed and implemented a survey of people who inject drugs (PWID) for the HIV/HCV* Resource Center at the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice.

The internship taught Fiona about survey development, survey rigor, data collection with human participants, and data analysis.  She also developed knowledge in her field of her interest: access to transportation, needle sharing, and hepatitis C status among PWID.  NEPHTC is grateful to the host organization, HIV/HCV Resource Center in Lebanon, NH for hosting an experiential learning project which will contribute to our intern’s development as a future public health professional.
