Caitlin Daikus

Caitlin assisted in implementing Supporting Wellness at Pantries (SWAP) incentives at two local pantries.

This included re-structuring the pantries and categorizing and marking donations as healthy and unhealthy foods. The project culminated in advising on future guidelines for these local pantries.
