Expert Jacques Colon served as the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department for the past three years, where he leads their Health Equity Initiative. This role includes leading the health department’s internal Health Equity Implementation Team, which is charged with improving the structures, processes, and practices of the health department in order to eliminate health inequities in Pierce County, WA.
