Large Increase in Trainings, Due to Good Partnerships
The NEPHTC saw a large increase in the number of training instances reported to the Health Resources and Services Administration in the annual performance reporting which runs from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. Due to our partners and a lot of hard work, especially leveraging funding from other grants to co-support, sponsor or develop and deliver training, the New England Public Health Center’s training instances (or “trainees”) increased to over 20,000.
With the help of partners that have the respect of workforce segments, NEPHTC is happy to support the professional development of public health professionals across the field.
