Go Team! “Effective Meetings” to be Featured by CDC in September

NEPHTC was pleased to learn that the CDC Learning Connection, which features quality public health learning opportunities from the CDC, other federal agencies, and federally funded partners, will be featuring the New England Public Health Center’s Holding Effective Meetings self-paced training during the month of September. This self-paced training, which was developed as part of the 16 topic “Managing Effectively in Today’s Pubic Health Environment” blended training series, managed by the Local Public Health Institute, also received a quality seal in May from the Public Health Learning Navigator.

Holding Effective Meetings will be:

  • Featured on CDC Learning Connection’s homepage for the month of September, 2018
  • Sent to more than 84,000 subscribers of the monthly GovDelivery e-newsletter
  • Shared with key training partners for cross-promotion
  • There will also be some potential social media promotion on CDC’s main social channels

Follow the CDC Learning Connection, and see other trainings for public health promoted by our colleagues at #CDCLearning!
