Conference Registration

The full conference registration fee covers all activities, including plenaries, presentations, poster sessions, working groups, and excursions. In addition, the full conference registration fee includes a light breakfast and lunch each day and dinner on Wednesday. Please see the conference program for a description of the activities that will occur each day.

If you can only attend for one day, a one-day pass for Tuesday is offered, which includes a light breakfast and lunch and all conference activities scheduled for that day (note that no working groups are scheduled for Tuesday).

To encourage returning conference attendees to bring a colleague, we are again offering a limited number of  conference admissions for half price for colleagues/students who attend with a returning full conference attendee. To do this, the full-conference attendee must register and indicate that they wish to invite a colleague from their institution/association. They will then be sent a promo code to share with the colleague which will provide a 50% discount. Please note: This discount is only offered on early-bird registrations, so please be sure to register by then.
