Prerona Das
Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Singapore Management University
Prerona Das is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Singapore Management University. She graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2022 with a PhD in Geography. Das was awarded a writing-up grant by the International Journal of Urban and Regional Research (IJURR) Foundation in the final year of her PhD. As a postdoctoral fellow she is currently conducting research on the politics of smart city knowledge transfer in Southeast Asia. Her other research interests include politics of infrastructure, gentrification, and frontier urbanism.
