Juan Felipe Pinilla

Juan Felipe Pinilla is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience on urban law issues. He has been a consultant in the structuring of land management instruments for urban projects for various public and private organizations and entities, such as: the Universidad de los Andes, the National University of Colombia, the World Bank, the District Planning Secretariat of Bogotá , the Bogotá Urban Renewal Company, Metrovivienda, the Ministry of Housing, City and Territory, among others. He currently works as researcher and consultant on land policies, property and urban law and collaborates in dissemination and training activities of the Latin American program of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.
