Yarianis Rivera Maisonet is a junior at Boston University, majoring in Biomedical Engineering on a Pre-Health track. She is a Social Media and Administrative Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Institute for Early Childhood Well-Being, where she supports research initiatives and outreach efforts focused on improving early childhood development. Passionate about healthcare, engineering, and community impact, Yarianis also serves as President of BU MedLife, Vice President of University Affairs for BU SHPE, and Sub-Regional Student Representative for SHPE Region 4. Her interests include research, mentorship, and advocating for underrepresented communities.
