Tatiana Medina Barreto is an Instructional Leader and Early Childhood Educator with over 13 years of experience supporting students, families, and educators in historically underserved communities across Boston. With a background in developmental psychology and a deep commitment to equity, she brings an inclusive, antiracist lens to instructional coaching, early childhood education, and collaborative school improvement.

She spent 9 years in the classroom as a lead teacher, three of which were in classrooms serving students with disabilities, and the last 4 as an instructional coach, working alongside colleagues to improve access to high-quality instruction for multilingual learners and students with disabilities. Her practice is rooted in culturally responsive teaching, advocacy for inclusive education, and authentic partnership with families.
