Janet Nicholson-Cronin

Janet Nicholson-Cronin, a dedicated educator with extensive experience in bilingual education, is part of the “Nuestros Niños” project. Having served as an educator for many years in Boston, Janet’s passion lies in teaching bilingual children and fostering strong connections with their families.

During her career in the Boston Public Schools, Janet made a significant impact on the lives of her students. Following her retirement, she continued her commitment to the BPS community by joining Boston University as an employee. In this role, she supervised BU student teachers during their field experiences in BPS, contributing to the development of future educators.

Janet is also an esteemed Instructor at Boston University, where she imparts her knowledge in both “Early Childhood” and “Language Learners.” Her dedication to education extends beyond the classroom, and she is excited to be part of the vibrant and dynamic community of the “Nuestros Niños” project. Janet looks forward to contributing to the project’s success and ensuring that everyone involved has rewarding and enriching experiences.
