Erika (Gaby) Cordova Ramos

Erika (Gaby) Cordova Ramos, MD is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Boston University School of Medicine, a clinical neonatologist at Boston Medical Center, and an implementation science researcher of the BU Evans Center for Implementation and Improvement Science. Dr. Cordova Ramos’ research investigates racial/ethnic and linguistic disparities in neonatal-perinatal delivery of care and preterm birth outcomes. Her research focus is on program evaluation of the implementation of evidence-based interventions in safety-net settings. She is also involved in multi-site quality improvement initiatives to address social determinants of health in the NICU setting and to improve family engagement among diverse families of high-risk infants.
