How does the brain generate our ongoing perceptual experience? The Denison Lab studies visual perception, attention, and decision making, with a focus on temporal dynamics. Our research integrates behavioral measurements (psychophysics, eye tracking), neural measurements (fMRI, EEG/MEG), and computational modeling.

We are located in the Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences at Boston University, as part of the Brain, Behavior, and Cognition specialization. We are affiliated with a number of cross-disciplinary centers and programs, including the Center for Systems Neuroscience, the Graduate Program in Neuroscience, and the Cognitive Neuroimaging Center.
