The 2015 Boston Urban Symposium will focus on creating the framework for the first ever Climate Action and Preparedness Plan (CAPP) for the City of Quincy.

The Strategy will be a holistic, multi-hazard approach that integrates climate change risks and focuses on prevention, preparedness, response and recovery, with an emphasis on prevention and preparedness measures.
