Welcome to Chemia!
Chemia is the undergraduate chemistry student organization at Boston University. We offer free tutoring for General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry (and occasionally Biochemistry, Physical Chemistry, and Inorganic Chemistry). We also host events like information sessions about research opportunities and graduate school for students. Follow our Instagram @buchemia for the most up to date information!
We tutor on Mondays and Thursdays from 6pm-8pm in SCI103A (the room across from SCI109). More information about tutoring can be found on the “tutoring” page.

Chemia Tutoring Spring 2022
Hi all,
Chemia tutoring will be starting this Thursday, 1/27/22 from 6-8 pm in SCI 103A!
This semester, we will also be offering chemistry mentoring for students. Feel free to come if you have questions about registration, research, being a chemistry major, or life at BU in general.
Our tutoring hours will be the same times:
Mondays 6-8 pm in SCI 103A
Thursdays 6-8 pm in SCI 103A

UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH INFO SESSION
Hi all,
Chemia will be hosting an Undergraduate Research Informational Session with Dr. Kamenetska. If you are curious or interested in getting involved with a research group, we encourage you to attend this event!
Pizza and drinks will be served.
The event will be this Thursday, 11/18 from 6-7 pm in SCI 512.
Chemia tutoring will not take place on Thursday for this reason, and will resume next Monday.

Tutoring Update
Hi all,
Chemia wanted to clarify what subjects we are able to tutor on a weekly basis:
Mondays: General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Biochemistry
Thursdays: General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry
Note that we are only able to help with Physical Chemistry (PChem) on Mondays.
