Alvin (Ilyoung) Yang is an undergraduate student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Boston University, working with the Soft Robotics Control Lab since 2023. His research develops mechanical designs for modular actuation and sensing of shape memory alloy artificial muscle networks in soft robot limbs.
