Jenna is a Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Epidemiology at Boston University School of Public Health. She completed her doctoral training in Environmental and Planetary Health Sciences at the CUNY School of Public Health and also holds an advanced certificate in Demography from the CUNY Graduate Center. She has served as a fellow with the CUNY Institute for Demographic Research and the NYC Panel on Climate Change’s (NPCC4) Health Working Group. Jenna has expertise in demographic, epidemiologic, biostatistical, and geospatial methods. Her research focuses on how environmental exposures, such as extreme weather, shape health outcomes and disparities, especially in groups such as older adults. Outside of research, she enjoys teaching statistics and coding, spending time in nature, and reading.
