Helpful Reminders before using the system
- Complete any training assigned to you through Terrier eDev.
- Find links to Training Guides and other helpful materials on the SIS Renewal website.
- Access the Training Practice Environment to practice process changes.
- NOTE: You need to use BU VPN to access the Training Practice Environment.
Who will use MyBU Student
While MyBU Student is live, not all Deployment 1 users will start accessing the system immediately.
Experiencing issues? How to create a ticket

If you have not submitted a ticket before, please follow these steps. For MyBU Student tickets, please select Category Administrative Systems then Topic Student Systems.
