Radiant Logic and SailPoint in the IAM Project

The IAM project uses two types of technology, Radiant Logic and SailPoint, throughout project implementation.

• Radiant Logic is a virtual directory service that serves as a repository for person identity and person registry information for the BU community.
  • This solution is also the system of record for BUID creation and matching.
• SailPoint is an identity management system that is responsible for account creation, password management, birthright privilege provisioning and self-service for updating BU online directory and personal information; like alternate contact info, personal email, and gender attributes.
