The following message was sent on Wednesday, March 1, to all students from Dean Campbell-Foster.

You asked, we answered. Created from the feedback and design suggestions from our student testers, the MyBU Student Portal will go live in March as the new “front door” to Student Link.
MyBU is a modern and user-friendly platform that will allow you to access the features of Student Link and other helpful tools to help navigate life at BU. The next stage in this makeover will be a new Student Link coming in 2024. Until then, you will continue to manage your course registration and other campus transactions in familiar ways, but will be greeted by MyBU, the new gateway.
You can preview the portal in our walkthrough video. This video highlights the portal’s capabilities and how to use the site.
This update is a phase of the SIS Renewal Program – a university-wide project that will update all of BU’s student information systems over the next two years. This project is aligned with the University’s strategic priorities to use digital technologies to engage with students, support learning across colleges, and operate more effectively and efficiently. My special thanks to the students who have provided their feedback along the way to assist in the development of MyBU. Enjoy the new experience and be on the lookout for new features as the project evolves.
