Jennifer Guan

Hi. My name is Jennifer Guan. I live in Brookline, MA. I started working at Boston Children’s Hospital in 2018. I helped Angela Lombardo at the main hospital in Longwood, MA. When I was there, I did computer work, arranged papers in ABC order, helped in the clinic and prepared folders. In the year of 2020, I started doing research work and I got to learn about different studies, for example: CAPE, JASPER and BRIDGE. CAPE is with little kids about their playing skills and communication. JASPER is with kids about their playing skills. BRIDGE is about brain activity. I’m currently at BCH’s Brookline campus as an Administrative Assistant 1. As part of my routine work, I send intake reminder emails and observer emails, check the portal access for patients, make birthday/thank you cards, check the research eligibility trackers, prepare the Bayley 4 packets, clean the toys after the CAPE study visit is finished and perform data entry. In summer of 2025, I am doing a co-research internship at Boston University School of Public Health and really enjoying the experience. When I’m outside work, I like watching movies/TV shows, reading books, making latch hook rugs/pillowcase and traveling around the world with my family.  I also enjoy Yoga with Dr. Emily Davidson and ballet classes at Boston Ballet School.
