Presentation Guidelines

Presentations

• These are 5-10 minute presentations that are graded only for preparing and giving them.
• I and your fellow students will give you suggestions and comments based on your presentation’s content.
• Presentations should include:
• A slide introducing your project: Tell what question you are answering, aiming it at the client.
• A table of regression results with variables names that everyone can understand. (Text boxes etc. with key take-aways are useful here.)  Ideally, this will be in the form of a regression table rather than Stata guidelines.  (However, those giving presentations during the first week might only have Stata output regressions. )
• Of course, you could present several regressions in the table, and can have additional tables or graphs.
• A conclusion.
