E. David Zepeda, MBA, MS, PhD is Clinical Associate Professor in the Boston University School of Public Health. He has a PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain and Operations, an MS in Statistics, and an MBA with a concentration in Operations Management. His scholarship is motivated by the problem of healthcare costs continuing to outpace economic growth with decreasing returns on the improvement of health for certain segments of the population.
