NEPHTC is happy to share with our CHW community the guidance document for CHW Employers developed by the MDPH Office of Community Health Workers.  Our partners at Boston Public Health Commission Community Health Education Center (BPHC CHEC) also recommended the attached document from the Indiana State Health Department on Virtual Home Visiting.
