Happy Transgender Day of Visibility!
International Transgender Day of Visibility is today, March 31! At NEPHTC, we are celebrating the accomplishments, talent, success, and resilience of the transgender community. Transgender Day of Visibility is also a time to raise awareness of trans rights and reflect on how we can make our communities more affirming for trans people. This message is especially crucial now, as the rights of transgender youth are under constant legislative attack. As members of the public health workforce, we must ensure that our healthcare environments are trans-inclusive. Check out our trainings below to learn how to foster supportive spaces in your community!
