We are excited to share this announcement from the CDC regarding their new online program for middle-and high-school students:
“Developing our public health workforce begins with inspiring future generations to pursue public health career paths. To help advance this mission and shape the future of public health, CDC’s Division of Scientific Education and Professional Development and the CDC Foundation are excited to introduce CDC’s NERD Academy curriculum! This innovative curriculum includes eight standards-based modules designed to teach middle- and high-school students about public health, epidemiology, and related careers.”
