Andrea Mitchell

North Country Health Consortium (NCHC) serves as the public health network for North Country NH, identified as all of Coos County and Northern Grafton County, to provide support services and programming to this vulnerable population. At this project site, Andrea worked on the Annual Report and Community Health Improvement Plan as her main projects.

One major component of this project was to provide evidence of social determinants of health, and how it impacts each of the health priority areas, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
