New PHWINS Infographic on Stress and Burnout in Public Health Workforce

The 2021 Public Health Interests and Needs Survey (PH WINS), which assesses nearly 45,000 public health employees, shows that more than half of the public health workforce report at least one symptom of post-traumatic stress disorder, burnout, stress, and intentions to quit as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
