Regional Public Health Training Center Impact Report
NEPTHC is pleased to be part of the Public Health Learning Network, a national network of 10 federally-funded Regional Public Health Training Centers that provide high quality, relevant training for public health professionals. We are located at top universities focused on evidence-based applied practice and workforce development, and are connected across public health trhoguh Community Based Training Partners.
In 2018-2019, 160,178 participants completed trainings nationwide, of which 71,168 were evaluated using the same metrics. We are pleased to share these results with you. We thank our peer PHTCs at Emory (school of public health name here) and UW (office of Public Health practice name here) for creating this infographic. 88% agree or strongly agree that they were satisfied and 84% identified actions that they can apply to their work. We support you public health workforce, and will keep working with you to bring you the training you need.
