DSLab Welcomes New Spring 2025 Researchers

The DSLab welcomes 3 new research team members for the Spring 2025 term.  They are MET students Fangzhou (Luna) Xie (MS candidate in Health Informatics), Chenxi Feng (MS candidate in Supply Chain Management), and Yangyuechen (Fiona) Zhao (MS candidate in Health Informatics). Luna and Fiona will do research on using visualizations of uncertainty to support patient-centered decision making for medical treatments. Chenxi will collaborate on a project supported by the BU Institute for Global Sustainability’s Campus Climate Lab that creates more sustainable chemical inventory management practices at BU.   They join continuing research assistants Shuting (Tina) Peng (MS candidate in Enterprise Risk Management), Boyu (William) Wang (MS candidate in Applied Data Analytics), Kaumudi (Anu) Dande (MS candidate in Applied Business Analytics), and Kunsinee (Kelly) Srivichaiin (MS candidate in Supply Chain Management).  These 7 researchers, along with recent DSLab graduates Ruth Wootisarn and Rainy Xu, will attend the POMS (Production and Operations Management Society) annual conference in Atlanta (May 2025), where they will make 4 presentations.
