Provide a clear description of the work and how it synergizes with the research themes of the MDP. The submission is limited to two pages, single-spaced, 11 pt font; you may add an additional page for references. Include the following sections: i) Research Aims ii) Approach iii) Project Milestones and Timeline, including at least one fellowship submission as a Milestone. iv) Planned fellowship submission(s), including a brief outline the fellowship aims and an explanation of how the proposed project will enable the fellowship application. Please submit a PDF file titled "lastname_statement.pdf"
5. Letter of Support*
Accepted file types: pdf, Max. file size: 100 MB.
Please submit a single letter of support from your mentor and co-mentor, describing the collaborative nature of the work and how co-mentorship is structured on the project. Please submit a PDF file titled "lastname_mentorletter.pdf"
