Our Creative Review Form is an invaluable tool in a web development project sprint, ensuring that all creative aspects align with the project’s goals and client expectations. By capturing detailed feedback on design, content, and functionality, this form streamlines communication between team members and stakeholders, reduces the likelihood of revisions, and helps maintain a clear focus on the project’s vision. Use it when your work is ready.
The form consists of:
- Date: Date you are filling out the form (we’re looking to automate this field in the near future).
- Internal Review Date: Date of upcoming Internal Review (if you are not sure of this date, contact your Project Manager).
- Submitted By: Select your name from a drop-down list.
- CD/ACD Name: Select their name from a drop-down list.
- File Link: Add link to work to be reviewed.
- File Upload: Upload files if not available by link.
- Notes: Add any additional comments you might have.
