Instructional Format
4hrs per wk; In person with zoom stream/recording available.
Course Materials on Blackboard: Class lecture slides and presentations and recordings of lectures are posted in the BU Blackboard site for the course. Blackboard also has the syllabus, schedule, class zoom link and a link to the Perusall reading platform for the course.
Course Readings and Paper Annotations on Perusall: Weekly course readings and papers to be annotated for weekly discussion can be found in Perusall. You will create an account and register for the class at the beginning of the semester.
Course Assignments: The submission of case studies and the final project assignments occur via BU Blackboard.
Prerequisites
Graduate Student Prerequisites: MSc./PhD. program standing in Bioinformatics, or MSc./PhD. program standing in Biology, or MSc./M.A. standing in BU Wheelock, or consent of instructor.
Undergraduate Prerequisites: CAS BI 107/108 OR CAS BI 126 and senior standing, or consent of instructor.
