Rachel Domb

Rachel is a 4th-year student at Northeastern University studying a self-developed major called Sustainability Economics. At 19, she founded Rooted Living, an eco-friendly, plant-based snack company that uses compostable packaging instead of single-use plastic and no refined ingredients. The company is on a mission to revolutionize the unsustainable and unhealthy snack industry using 100% compostable, bio-based packaging and completely whole food ingredients, allowing consumers to shop, snack, and support their values.
