  1. Does the Gabby System work on all platforms and devices?
    • The Gabby System works on laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, and Windows tablets. It works on Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox. It does not work on mobile devices (Android or iPhone), iPads, or Netbooks.
  2. What do I do if I experience lagging while using the Gabby System?
    • Due to the quantity of information on the Gabby System, as well as the network connectivity and functional capacity of your device, you may experience occasional lag time. If this happens, wait a few seconds and the lag time should shorten or go away completely.
  3. How many times do clients have to use the Gabby System?
    • We suggest that they log in at least twice per month for at least 15 minutes each time.
  4. What if clients no longer want to use the Gabby System?
    • Participation to use the Gabby System is completely voluntary. Clients have the right to stop using the system at any time with no consequence to them.
  5. Is the data and information that the Gabby System collects confidential?
    • The only information linking a client with the Gabby System will be the log-on information and password that is kept at your site. All data on the server is de-identified and therefore can not be linked to any client users. The Gabby System server is housed and maintained at Northeastern University located in Boston, MA.
  6. Will client information be shared with anyone or published anywhere?
    • The results of how the Gabby System worked at your site may be published in a medical book or journal or used to teach others, but the names and personal information of the client users will not be identified.
