Meeting Guides
Prior to their program start date, mentors will be emailed several meeting guides. Meeting guides are documents centered around possible topics of interest for the mentorship. Each includes an icebreaker question, along with three major sections: topic breakdown, activity, and discussion. The guides will include useful links and references to more resources that mentors can use. Mentors’ use of these is optional, though recommended as a starting point.
Using Zoom (for Video Meetings)
Download and install the Zoom Application on your computer:
- This link will take you to the Download Center.
- From there, click on the blue Download button under “Zoom Client For Meetings”.
- Upon completing the download, Install the Zoom application onto your computer.
Once Zoom has been downloaded, familiarize yourself with the platform. The links below may help.
