Sarakeisha Akande

Sarakeisha Akande is a research assistant for the Clean Energy and Environment Legacy Transition Initiative at the Institute for Global Sustainability. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics with a minor in Public Health. During her time at Boston University, she has studied mathematical methods such as point processes, stochastic processes, and their applications in public health. Akande’s research interests center on using statistical data analysis to make new discoveries in fields related to public health.
