Beverly Ge

Doctoral Student

Beverly is a PhD student in the Department of Environmental Health at Boston University School of Public Health. She graduated from Harvard College in 2020 with a degree in Environmental Science and Engineering. While in college, Beverly conducted research on modeling the contamination of private well water by PFAS, worked as an on-campus peer educator in sustainability, and interned as a climate adaptation fellow. Afterwards, as an environmental consultant at Eastern Research Group, she was involved with diverse projects ranging from communicating climate change impacts to analyzing data on toxic chemical releases by industries. Her experiences have motivated her to conduct research at the intersection of climate change, public health, and sustainability. Beverly is interested in community-engaged projects that can support immediate and tangible interventions. Outside of academia, Beverly enjoys rock climbing and noodle soup.
